TAYLORSVILLE-BENNION IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
The meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Taylorsville-Bennion Improvement District will be held at the District Office, 1800 West 4700 South, on November 18, 2025 at 3:30 pm, with two separate public hearings starting at 5:45 pm and 6:00 pm.

3. Approval of Common Consent Items: Minutes for Board Meeting held on October 21, 2025, calendar and upcoming events, trustees expense report, accounts payable report, electronic fund transfers report
4. Administrative Matters
a. Consider approval of resolution 25-14 - Certification of 2025 Election Results
5. Finance & Information Matters
a. Review proposed Rate and Fee Schedule changes for 2026
b. Consider approval of the 2026 Tentative Budget
6. Discussion and Reports
a. General Manager - Review conference schedule for 2026, review Board Meeting Schedule for 2026, review JVWCD Board Meeting Schedule for 2026, review the public hearing agendas
b. Director of Engineering/Development - Project and development updates
c. Director of Finance/Information - October financials, EUM
d. Director of Operations/Maintenance - October water reports
e. Director of Risk/Asset Management - October customer water usage reports
f. Trustees - Any updates, discussion, or reports
7. Closed Meeting
a. To discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual
8. Public Hearings
a. (5:45 pm) Seek public input on proposed Trustee compensation increase
b. (6:00 pm) Seek public input on proposed rate and fee increases
9. Administrative Matters
a. Consider approval of Resolution 25-12 - Administrative Policies & Procedures Amendment
b. Consider approval of Resolution 25-13 - Adoption of the Rate and Fee Schedule for 2026
