Cleveland Town Council Meeting November 13, 2025 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland, UT 84518 Call to Order: Opening Flag Ceremony Minutes: Approve October Council Minutes Public Comment: This section is Limited to 10 minutes TOTAL. This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions, or issues that are not on the agenda. Each Person Is Limited To 3 Minutes! *PLEASE STATE YOUR NAME AND PLACE OF RESIDENCE. *PLEASE LIMIT YOUR COMMENTS TO THREE MINUTES. State Law prohibits the council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. In this form of government, all town administrative personnel are under the direction of the mayor, not the council. Please discuss any concerns you may have regarding administrative staff with the mayor. Action Agenda: 1. Discuss/Approve/Deny Old Town Hall auditorium rental for science fair for home schooled students in February. 2. Discuss/Approve/Deny prices for renting Old Town Hall room/s or gym for adult exercise/workout class. 3. Discuss/Approve/Deny where radar speed limit signs will be located. 4. Discuss/Approve/Deny planning for Town Christmas Party and Tree Lighting Ceremony. 5. Discuss/Approve/Deny audit of Cleveland Town by Smuin, Rich, and Marsing. 6. Discuss/Approve/Deny yearend bonuses for town employees. 7. Discuss/Approve/ Deny letters for non-compliance and updates with ongoing compliance issues. 8. Discuss/Approve/Deny bills and city financials for payment and $7300 for radar speed signs. 9. Council Reports. 10. Adjourn Meeting. If there is any portion of the meeting that is closed to the public, the reason must clearly be stated and a roll call vote taken. The next regular Council Meeting will be held on December 11, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed.
