ORANGEVILLE CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING 6:30 P.M. REGULAR MEETING Thursday, November 13, 2025 7:00 P.M. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Orangeville City will hold its Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m. and regular meeting on November 13, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 25 North Main, Orangeville, Utah, 84537, to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth. PUBLIC HEARING 6:30 P.M. Agenda will be as follows: 1. Introduction by Mayor Shaun Bell 2. Open Public Hearing 3. Accept Public Comments 4. Discuss CDBG Grant Projects 5. Close Public Hearing and open Regular Session. REGULAR SESSION 7:00 P.M. Agenda will be as follows: 1. Introduction by Mayor Shaun Bell 2. Prayer 3. Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Shaun Bell 4. Approval of Bills and Warrants 5. Approval of October 9, 2025 Regular Session Minutes. 6. Public Comments (3min) 7. Move into a special portion of the meeting. 8. Consideration to Approve/ Deny Resolution 2025-13: A Resolution of the City Council Acting as the Municipal Board of Canvassers Conducting and Approving the Canvass and Election Results for the November 4, 2025 Municipal General Election. 9. Move into regular session. 10. Approve/Deny- Utility Connections for Wyatt Payne. 11. Approve/ Deny- Utility Connections for Alisa Tennant 12. Approve/ Deny- Switching financial institution from Zion's Bank to Mountain America. 13. Approve/Deny- to continue the agreement with Cottonwood Irrigation Company. 14. Discuss Secondary water being used to water more than half acres. 15 Approve/Deny- Splitting the cost for solar/ powered speed signs in two locations. 16. Staff, Council and Mayor Reports 17. Adjourn CLOSED SESSION Possible closed session for the purpose to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; to discuss strategy on collective bargaining; to discuss strategy on pending or reasonably imminent litigation; to discuss the purchase, exchange, sale, or lease of real property, including a water right or water shares or to discuss financial implications of certain development agreements or proposals; to discuss the sale of real property under certain conditions; to discuss the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems; or to discuss investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal conduct as provided in Utah Code Ann. § 52-4-205.
