**NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING**
A public hearing of the Vernal City Council is scheduled for November 19, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Vernal City Council Chambers at 374 East Main, Vernal, UT to consider approval to amend the Vernal City General Plan to include a Water Use and Preservation Element, Ordinance 2025-24.
