The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. 1.SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING a. 2025 GENERAL ELECTION CANVASS. Authorization for the City Council and City Recorder to serve as the Board of Canvassers and approve the 2025 General Election results.
