Pledge of Allegiance
Town Board meeting with welcome, read and approve minutes
Progress on updating emergency plan and chain of command/emergency operations plan paperwork
Community Center - Back door to CC is not locking. People are coming in to use facilities without notifying anyone and not paying to rent the building. Is this something we want to address?
Landfill - working to get caught up and get a burn permit
Water - charging meters, certificates, installation, etc
Roads- need to install last Stop Sign, it is in the CC supply closet
Fire Department -
Business Licenses - mailing letter in December
Park - Any news from Ole or maint that needs to be done
Finances review and approve expenditures for the month
Public discussion - Book passed out to board members and planning commission. Trigg Minerals and Mine . Possibly another meeting at the end of October
