PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE DISTRICTS' TENTATIVE BUDGETS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2026
The Boards of Trustees of the Wohali Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1 and 2 (the 'Districts') will hold a Public Hearing at 9:00 a.m. on November 19, 2025, at the office of CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP, 95 South State Street, Suite 1150, Salt Lake City, UT 84111, and via teleconference. The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment on adopting the Districts' Tentative Budgets as the Final Budgets for Calendar Year 2026. The Tentative Budgets are available for inspection by the public at the Districts' principle place of business, 95 South State Street, Suite 1150, Salt Lake City, UT 84111
Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing where they will be given the opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the tentative budget of any fund.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing reasonable accommodation to fully participate in this hearing should notify Emilee D. Hansen at 303-858-1800 at least one full business day prior to the hearing.
