Town Of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday November 12, 2025 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its Town Council meeting on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: Prayer Pledge: Public comments, limited 3 min per person 1-Action item- Review and approve minutes of October 8, 2025 Town Council meeting. 2-Action item- Review & approval of October 8, 2025-November 12, 2025 Bills/Payroll 3-Action item- Review financial report, bank reconciliations and Water adjustments or write offs. 4-Information items- Enbridge gas, position opening for 1 Town Council position and 1 or 2 Planning Commission openings, misc information. 5- Action item- Approve spending amount limit for replacement Town snowplow truck. Review of Departments: Water- Tyson Nelson water update Roads- Planning and Zoning-Terra Bell Parks- Mariah Huggins park update Sheriff's Office Fire Department Adjournment
