NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING WOLF CREEK WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 11, 2025, the Board of Trustees (the 'Board') of the Wolf Creek Water and Sewer Improvement District (the 'District') will hold and conduct a public hearing to receive input from the public with respect to the 2026 Operating Budget, and to receive the Annual Report. Notice is hereby given pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. 11-36a-501 and 503. THURSDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2025 6:00 P.M. Mountain Time The District will hold and conduct a public hearing at 6:00 P.M. on December 11, 2025. The public hearing will be held at the Eden Park Community Center, located at 2100 N. 5600 E. Eden, UT, and electronically, via Zoom phone and video conferencing (zoom.com). All members of the public are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing. Prior to the public hearing, written comments may be submitted to the District at P.O. Box 658, Eden, UT 84310, or via email: aames@wcwsid.com.
