Notice of Public Hearing on an Amended Impact Fee Policy
The Board of Trustees for Jordan Basin Improvement District hereby gives notice that it will hold a public hearing to receive public comment in regards to an amendment to the Impact Fee Policy. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Jordan Basin Improvement District Office, 1253 West Jordan Basin Lane, Bluffdale, Utah
Under consideration is a proposed amendment to the District's Impact Fee Policy and imposing impact fees on new development activities within Service Areas 1 of the District. A copy of the proposed resolution adopting the impact fees for Service Area No. 1 will be available for public inspection at the District office at least 10 days prior to the public hearing.
All interested person appearing will be heard. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing communicative aids and services for the meeting should call the District at 801-571-1166 giving at least 48 hours advance notice of their needs.
