- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold a public hearing during the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter, at the Payson City Center, Council Chambers, 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, and virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. Please check the Payson City Website at www.paysonutah.gov for the link to participate/view the meeting. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input regarding amendments to the Payson City Fee Schedule including Power Distributed Generation Credits, water rates for residents outside the city limits, and other administrative fees.
