Resolution 2025-7, Anti-displacement and relocation assistance plan. 7. Mayor Bigelow - Discussion and possible concerning proposed Sewer Impact Fee. 8. Kent Barton - Monthly financial report (October 2025 financial statements). 9. Continuing Business. a. Ken Kelsch - Accessory building setback request. b. Nate Christensen Rezone Request. c. Culinary water meter installation. d. Proposed Veterans' Memorial e. Andy Adamson - Quarry Hills Trail Development f. Request to ease square footage and 2nd floor restrictions in 'Accessory Dwelling Unit' code (17.40.040) g. Historic Preservation Commission h. Short-term rental ordinance i. Inland Port project 10. Councilmember Reports: Jen Christiansen Jeff Killian AJ Mower Mary Pipes Mary Wintch 11. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 12. Mayor Chuck Bigelow. 13. Consideration of approval for minutes of last Council Meeting (October 15th Council Meeting) 14. City Manager Kent Barton. 15. Closed Session - for discussion (if needed).
