5. Citizen Input: Questions and comments for Mayor & Council - Comments should be limited to not more than three (3) minutes. This is the time and place for any person who wishes to comment on non-agenda items and items that are relevant to the authority of the City Council. Items brought forward to the attention of the City Council will be turned over to staff to provide a response outside of the City Council meeting.

7. Action Items:
a. Public Hearing and consideration of Resolution 2025-14 - A resolution amending the Hyde Park City fee schedule to modify the solid waste removal fees.
b. Consider a code enforcement issue at 60 N 300 E (Chris Karr)
c. Consider Ordinance 2025-23RZ - An ordinance amending the Zoning Map for property located at 261 East Center from R-2 to R-4.
d. Consider landscaping options for the Bringhurst Subdivision
e. Consider a plat amendment for the Corbridge Subdivision
8. Discussion Items
a. Discuss improvements along Hyde Park City Center Street.
