Briefing by SLCPD 5 minutes Commander Bill Manzanares, Lieutenant Jeffrey North, Detective Ezra Bitseedy from the Salt Lake City Police Department will provide an update to and answer questions from the Board. 4. Briefings by the Staff 5 minutes a. Report from the Director. Colin Gibbs, Business Development Director, will provide updates on the work of the Department of Economic Development to the Board. 5. Business Items a. Work Plan Discussion and Build Out 45 minutes Board Chair Lyttle and Board Vice-Chair Mordue will lead the Board in building out a work plan and possible sub-committees for 2026. 6. City Council Announcements - Austin Kimmel 10 minutes a. Next Council Meeting: November 18 b. District 6 Townhall: November 12 c. RMF-35 & RMF-45 Zone Updates 7. BAB Member Announcements 5 minutes a. BAB members will announce upcoming events.
