NOTICE OF HEARING FARMINGTON CITY Notice is hereby given, that on Thursday November 20, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following: - Changes to Title 11, Chapter 32: Off Street Parking, Loading and Access, to modify the number and/or size of parking stalls required with residential development and to update driveway width and access standards. - Changes to Section 11-3-045: Special Exceptions, to change the requirement for a public hearing in order to allow consideration of a Special Exception by review of the Planning Commission in a public meeting.
