THIS IS NOTICE THAT ON NOVEMBER 18, 2025, at approximately 7:00 PM, the WEST POINT CITY COUNCIL will hold public hearings regarding the following:
- A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3900 W 300 N
(APPLICANT - MATT LEAVITT)
COMMENTS MUST BE MADE IN-PERSON DURING THE PUBLIC HEARING OR SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA E-MAIL PRIOR TO 12:00 PM ON THE MEETING DATE:
