- NOTICE OF HEARING FARMINGTON CITY Notice is hereby given, that on Tuesday November 18, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the following: - Rezone of approximately 52 acres of property at 37 North Buffalo Rd from AA to the AE zoning district to include the AP (Agricultural Planned District) overlay and Schematic Subdivision/General Development Plan for the Heritage residential development consisting of 187 residential lots for applicant Cole West. The complete public notice is posted on the Utah Public Notice Website; www.utah.gov/pmn/, the Farmington City Website; farmington.utah.gov, and at Farmington City Hall.
