Ron Dressler Attachments Wed, Nov 5, 10:40 AM (5 days ago) to WCAdvisorycouncil Council, We have our fourth quarter advisory council meeting tentatively scheduled for Nov. 12. As previously stated, Section 34A-2-107(5), which establishes the advisory council, states, 'The council shall confer at least quarterly for the purpose of advising the commission, division, and the legislature...' In light of the fact we do not have any pressing agenda items, we would like this e-mail to satisfy our statutory obligation to 'confer' with the council for the fourth quarter 2025 and cancel the November 12 Zoom meeting. - We have attached the minutes from the April and September meetings, please review and we would request someone make a motion to approve and then have an email vote. - The main agenda item for the November meeting is to discuss any potential legislation impacting workers' compensation. Please let us know of anything you are aware of. - Here are a list of proposed meeting dates for 2026, note that we will move to Google Meet instead of Zoom for future meetings: January 14 April 15 September 9 November (confer by email) Thank you.
