Prayer/Moment of Silence
1. Review and approve minutes from the meeting held October 9, 2025.
2. Review, discuss and approve the financial and bank statements for the 3rd quarter of 2025.
3. Review, discuss and approve the tentative budget for the year 2026 and set a public hearing for
December 11, 2025 to approve the final adoption of said budget.
4. Review, discuss and approve any maintenance issues on equipment or ground.
A. Discuss the servicing of the Porta Potties
B. Discuss the damaged fence.
5. Review and discuss the phone and internet and the information needed.
6. Review Monette and Jeff sent applications to the Weber County Commissioners for renewal of their board
terms for the Plain City Cemetery District.
7. Other Business or concerns from members of the Board or the public.
8. Adjourn.
