- MOUNTAIN REGIONAL WATER SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC RATE HEARING Public notice is hereby given that the Administrative Control Board of the Mountain Regional Water Special Service District, Summit County, Utah, will meet in regular public session to receive a staff explanation, hold a public hearing to entertain public comment, deliberate, and make a final decision on the proposed increases to water rates and impact fee rates imposed by Mountain Regional Water. For information about the proposed water rates and impact fee increases go to www.mtnregionalwaterutah.gov/water-rates.
