- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request to amend the City Standard Specifications Section 4 - Construction Standards to update standards related to backfill, compaction, subgrade preparation, roadway structural requirements, and concrete testing. These changes are designed to ensure improved construction practices and material quality control. The applicant is Wes Jenkins representing St. George City.
