- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request for a zone change from RE-37.5 (Residential Estates, 37,500 ft² minimum lot size) and R-3 (Multi-Family) and C-3 (General Commercial) to PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) on approximately 1.0 acre. The application would, if approved, establish which uses are allowed on the property. The property is generally located southeast of 1050 North and 1020 West. The applicant is David Gomez, and the project is to be known as 1037 W 1050 N Rezone.
