The Commission shall receive public input and consider approving building signs in nonresidential zoning districts per City Code 10-40-3B, for design review permit requirements pertaining to Sam Patch Co. Grocer and Sundries. The approximate location of the building signs is Highway 101 900 E, Wellsville, UT. Tax Id. #11-088-0023 and Tax Id. #11-112-0001. b. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider the review for the Preliminary Plat review for the Summit View Hollow Subdivision Consisting of 11 lots total, located at approximately 225 West 1600 South. Tax Id. #10-048-0028 and Tax Id. #10-048-0035. 7. Other zoning matters
