PUBLIC NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM AT PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Council has been invited to attend the Kaysville Planning Commission meeting on Thursday, November 13, 2025, for a presentation and discussion regarding the Kaysville City Center Small Area Plan, and the proposed amendment to the 2022 General Plan to include water use and preservation, as required by Utah Code §10-9a-403. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at Kaysville City Hall, located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, Utah. The meeting will also be streamed live on YouTube, with the link available at www.KaysvilleLive.com. This meeting is open to the public. The City Council will not take any formal action during the meeting.
