- West Point City West Point City - Cold Spring Road Box Culvert PART 1 SECTION 1.1 - INVITATION TO BID INVITATION TO BID Sealed Bids for the construction of the West Point City - Cold Spring Road Box Culvert will be received by West Point City at the City office, 3200 West 300 North, West Point, UT 84015, until 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday, 11/25/2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Project consists of: Cold Spring Road Box Culvert: Installation of 4'x19'11' box culvert in 200 S drain, removal/replacement of existing irrigation, and installation of concrete support for existing sewer piping. The project shall be governed by the contract documents. The successful bidder will be responsible for meeting all bonding, traffic control, encroachment permit, other requirements imposed by UDOT and/or Davis County and/or West Point City at no additional cost to OWNER. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The contracts will be awarded, if they are to be awarded based on this solicitation, to the responsive, responsible bidder (please refer specifically to Article 3 in Section 1.2) submitting the lowest bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
