Description/Agenda: I, Kristina Rasmussen, City Recorder for the City of Brigham City, Box Elder County, State of Utah, do hereby certify during the Brigham City Council meeting held on November 6, 2025 the following Ordinance(s) were adopted: - Ordinance 25-19 Amends Brigham City General Plan Land Use Map - Ordinance 25-20 Amends Brigham City Zoning Map from R-1-8 (Residential District) to M-D (Manufacturing-Distribution) - Ordinance 25-21 Amending Brigham City Zoning Map from A-5 (Agricultural) and M-D (Manufacturing-Distribution) to P-R-M-7 (Planned-Multiple Residential) - Ordinance 25-22 Amending City Code, Chapter 156 Zoning, to establish a new Planned District 'Avian Shores Planned District'
