Notice of Public Hearing: Proposed Zone Change Public Hearing Notice The Tremonton City Council will hold a Public Hearing on November 18, 2025 in the Civic Center located at 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337 at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter. At which time, public comments will be heard and consideration given to a proposed rezoning from R1-12 to R1-10 for the Overlook Development, parcels 06-059-0082 and 05-175-0030 at approximately 3700 W 1000 N, Tremonton, Utah. Comments may be submitted to Cynthia Nelson at cnelson@tremontoncity.gov before the public hearing or at the Tremonton City Offices, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337, during regular business hours. For questions regarding amending this zoning district regulation, please contact Jeff Seedall, Tremonton City Planner, at 435-257-9504.
