Description/Agenda: The Juab County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Juab County Commission room, 160 N Main, Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on an application for a conditional use permit made by DCPC to allow them to construct and operate a date center campus with island power on parcels XB00-1435-21, XB00-1414-3, XB00-1450-A2, XB00-1414-12, and XB00-1420-2 located in Sections 5 and 6, Township 11 S, Range 1 E, and Sections 32 and 33, Township 10 S, Range 1 E, S.L.B.&M. The complete application and map are available for review in the Juab County Planning office, 160 N Main #117, Nephi.
