1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER. Planning and Zoning Chairman Klansey Bateman called the meeting to order at 5:33 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL Chairman Klansey Bateman (phone) Vice Chairman Vrayen Soriano Commissioner Steve Wallace (Phone) Commissioner Michael Connin City Council Liaison Radine Murphy City Clerk /Recorder Liliana Soriano Excused: Commissioner Randy Croasmun, 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. Planning & Zoning Commissioner Michael Connin led the Pledge of Allegiance. 4. APPROVE OR AMEND PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING MINUTES OF AUGUST 20TH, 2025 DECISION. Motion made by Planning and Zoning Commissioner Vrayen Soriano, seconded by Planning and Zoning Commissioner Michael Connin, to approve the Planning and Zoning meeting minutes of August 20th, 2025. All in favor, aye, Motion passed. 5. CHAIRMAN KLANSEY BATEMAN UPDATES AND PENDING MATTERS AND MATTERS RELATED THERETO. No Comment. 6. VICE CHAIRMAN VRAYEN SORIANO UPDATES AND PENDING MATTERS AND MATTERS RELATED THERETO. No Comment. 7. CITY LIASION RADINE MURPHY UPDATES AND PENDING MATTERS AND MATTERS RELATED THERETO City Liaison Radine Murphy informed the Planning and Zoning Commissioners that the City of Wendover has approved the Planning and Zoning recommendation for the construction for Federico Carrillo, the owner of property at 68S 1st Street, Wendover, Utah. 8. COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE. None 9. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. None 10. NEW BUSINESS: A) EAN AESTHETICS LLC-EDITH ADRIANA NARANJO Motion made by Planning and Zoning Vice Chairman Vrayen Soriano, seconded by Planning and Zoning Commissioner Michael Connin, to approve a new business for Ean Aesthetics LLC-Edith Adriana Naranjo. All in favor, aye, Motion passed. B) DESIGN BY MARAIH-MARIAH AKINS Motion made by Planning and Zoning Commissioner Michael Connin, seconded by Planning and Zoning Vice Chairman Vrayen Soriano, to approve a new business for design by Mariah-Mariah Akins. All in favor, aye, Motion passed. C) MISCELLANEOUS CO LLC-AURORRA SANCHEZ Motion made by Planning and Zoning Vice Chairman Vrayen Soriano, seconded by Planning and Zoning Chairman Klansey Bateman, to approve a new business for Miscellaneous CO LLC- Aurora Sanchez. All in favor, aye, Motion passed. City Clerk Liliana Soriano informed Planning and Zoning Commissioners that two new business applications were brought in in the past couple of days, one is for Aleysha L Cornejo Heranadez, who will be working at Debanhis Nail Salon, and another one for Elizabeth Flores, who will be working at Holistic Alchemy Aesthetics. They will be on the agenda for next month. 11. NEXT SCHEDULED PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING: TO BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 15TH, 2025, AT 5:30 P.M. Planning and Zoning Chairman Klansey Bateman and Planning Vice Chairman Vrayen Soriano requested the date to be changed to October 16th, 2025. All in favor, aye, Motion passed. 12. ADJOURNMENT. Motion made by Planning and Zoning Chairman Klansey Bateman, seconded by Planning and Zoning Vice Chairman Vrayen Soriano, to approve the adjournment of the meeting at 6:42 p.m. All in favor, aye, Motion passed.
