1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER. Mayor Dennis Sweat called the meeting to order at 5:29 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL Mayor Dennis Sweat Councilmember Manuel Carrillo Councilmember Brandon Grossman Councilmember Adam Palafox Councilmember Darlene Trammell Councilmember Radine Murphy City Administrator Glenn Wadsworth Clerk/Recorder Liliana Soriano Excused: City Attorney Spencer Call, City Treasurer Sasha Palafox, 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. City Clerk Liliana Soriano led the Pledge of Allegiance. 4. APPROVE OR DISAPPROVE AWARDING ACCEPTED BID FOR MORIAH AVE PROJECT. DECISION. Motion made by Councilmember Brandon Grossman, seconded by Councilmember Adam Palafox, to approve awarding the accepted bid for the Moriah Ave project to Staker and Parson Construction Company for the amount bidding one hundred sixty-five thousand nine hundred eighty-one dollars ($165,981.00), Staker and Parson meeting all city requirements. All in favor, aye, Motion passed. Rollcall: Councilmember Radine Murphy, aye, Councilmember Manuel Carrillo, aye, Councilmember Darlene Trammell, aye, Councilmember Adam Palafox, aye, Councilmember Brandon Grossman, aye. 5. ADJOURNMENT. Motion made by Councilmember Brandon Grossman, seconded by Councilmember Adam Palafox, to adjourn the meeting at 5:31 pm. All in Favor, aye, Motion passed.
