- NOTICE OF A VINEYARD HEARING OFFICER PUBLIC MEETING The Vineyard Hearing Officer will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, November 13th, 2025 at 11:00 am in the Vineyard City Development Services Conference Room, 707 E Mill Road, Suite 202, Vineyard Utah, 84059. The meeting will be held in the conference room as an anchor location as the applicant and hearing officer may join online. This meeting will be held for the purpose of hearing a zoning appeal request by Rebecca Davies (property owner). The request is for an appeal on a zoning interpretation regarding a short-term rental violation. The property is addressed 531 E Rue de Matth, Vineyard, Utah, parcel ID 45:533:0048. The public is invited to attend all hearing officer meetings.
