This ordinance amends the Boulder Town zoning code by entirely repealing and replacing Section 153.117 to remove 'commercial use' from the table of uses. A digital copy of the ordinance is available in the 'Documents' section on the Boulder Town website, specifically under 'Ordinances.' Until the codification process is finalized, the digital copy will be linked at the bottom of the page. A physical copy of the ordinance and the Certificate of Ordinance Passage are at the Boulder Town Office.
