A public hearing will be held to consider an appeal by Peter Fillmore, President of the Board of Directors, Oak Hills Gardens Condominium Association. The appeal will be considered under Salt Lake City Code Chapter 18.12 and protests the issuance of building permit BLD2024-07923. The appellant and witnesses will be given an opportunity to be heard on this matter.
