Main St., Ivins, UT, on Thursday, November 6, 2025. The meeting will begin at 5:30 P.M. NOTICE: This meeting will be held in person. Discuss and consider approval of Ordinance No. 2025-21, an Ordinance of Ivins City, Utah, amending section 2.07.101 of the Ivins City Code to allow one employee of Ivins City to be a member of the Arts Commission B. Discuss and consider approval of award of Construction Contract for Snow Canyon Parkway & Hamblin Parkway Roundabout C. *REMOVED FROM THE AGENDA: Continued discussion regarding the current proposal for the SITLA 40 property consisting of 3000 square foot lots D. Discussion regarding potential changes to Ivins Land Use and Development Ordinances E. Discussion regarding the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center also known as the SHAC F.
