RIVERTON CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 2025-2026 FISCAL YEAR MUNICIPAL FEE SCHEDULE AMENDMENTS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Riverton City Council will hold a Public Hearing on November 18, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practical, at Riverton City Hall located at 12830 South Redwood Road, Riverton, Utah. The purpose of the Hearing is to receive public comments regarding amendments to the Municipal Fee Schedule for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. A copy of the Fee Schedule is available for public review during business hours in the office of the City Recorder located at 12830 South 1700 West, Riverton, Utah. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Riverton City will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the Hearing. Assistance may be requested by contacting the Recorder's Office at 801-208-3128, providing at least 24 hours advance notice of the Hearing.

Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
