RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE
The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 20, 2025 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s):
a. '12600 South CRA Development Agreement,' PLZ-25-4011, an application for approval of a Development Agreement for 2.19 acres located at approximately 1450 West 12600 South, which includes changing the zoning to allow commercial uses and preliminary site plan approval. Applicant -Newman Construction
b. 'Jiffy Lube Amended Site Plan,', PLZ -25-8018, an application to amend the existing approved site plan at 1625 West 12600 South, modifying the previously approved exterior colors. Applicant - Colby Umphrey
c. 'Myers Park Amended No 1', PLZ-25-1008, an application to amend a previously approved residential subdivision to combine Lots 112 and 113 of Myers Park Subdivision into one single lot. Property located at 11735 South Myers Park Lane. Applicant - Rachel Opfar with Sage Homes.
This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
