- PUBLIC HEARING Public Notice is hereby given that the Daggett County Planning & Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on November 18, 2025 at 5:45 PM at the Daggett County Courthouse, 95 N.1st West, Manila, Utah 84046. Public Access Is Available Through Electronic Means: https://meet.google.com/rdt-qfwb-gxz THE PURPOSE OF THE HEARING IS TO OBTAIN PUBLIC COMMENTS REGARDING: The proposed Plat Amendment is for a change in right of way access and utility access in Eagles Landing Subdivision, on property owned by 3Z Ranch LLC % Matt Tippets The property parcel numbers are 01-0003-0276, 01-0090-0294, 01-0090-0293, and 01-0090-0292. We are providing this notice per Utah State Code 17-27a-608. Additional information and a copy of the Plat Amendment Proposed changes can be found at the Daggett County Courthouse.
