PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE DISTRICT'S TENTATIVE BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2026
The Board of Trustees of the Northpoint Infrastructure Financing District (the 'District') will hold a Public Hearing at 2:00 p.m. on November 12, 2025, at 350 E 400 S, Suite 2301, Salt Lake City, UT 84111, and via teleconference. The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment on adopting the District's Tentative Budget as the Final Budget for Calendar Year 2026. The Tentative Budget is available for inspection by the public at the District's principle place of business, 350 E 400 S, Suite 2301, Salt Lake City, UT 84111.
Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing where they will be given the opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the tentative budget of any fund.
