The agenda is as follows: Prayer Call to Order Business Approve Minutes for October 8, 2025 Bob Davis potential retention basin- 7800 South, could possibly pull into capital facilities plan U-Dot Zions bank Debri Basin, canyon maintenance, detention basin Mowing Detention basins Fix fencing in detention basin Farms Detention basin- not draining Pettingale Estates Possibly land agreement for Joe Stuart to use the Pettingale Estates detention basin Greg Nielsen, a land owner in Willard (concerned that Pat Burns with Link Construction, he is developing a subdivision in Perry City may be allowing a developer to put storm water onto a property owner in Willard.)
