NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Iron County, Utah, Board of Commissioners, will consider the disposal of a parcel of real property during its regular November 24th, 2025 commission meeting. Any interested persons may comment during a Public Hearing held during that same November 24th, 2025 meeting, held at 68 South 100 East, Parowan, Utah, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. Following is the parcel information: Parcel Number D-1024-0005-0001 Account Number 0322393 Tax District 10 - COUNTY WCD Acres 4.51 Situs 616 E CEDAR HIGHLANDS DR , CEDAR CITY Legal LOT 1, BLK 5, CEDAR HIGHLANDS SUBD. Parcel Number D-1024-0005-0002 Account Number 0322401 Tax District 10 - COUNTY WCD Acres 4.35 Situs 648 E CEDAR HIGHLANDS DR , CEDAR CITY Legal LOT 2, BLK 5, CEDAR HIGHLANDS SUBD. TIME, PLACE, AND LOCATION OF PUBLIC HEARING The Board shall hold a public hearing on November 24th, 2025, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Iron County Courthouse, located at 68 South 100 East, Parowan, Utah.
