- Public Notice The Rocky Ridge Town Council will hold a Public Hearing to solicit public comment for or against the approval of a water usage rate increase. The Hearing will be held on Wednesday, November 19th at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall at 195 E. Mountain Ridge Rd, Rocky Ridge. All members of the public are invited to participate.
