CLEVELAND TOWN PLANNING & ZONING AGENDA November 5, 2025 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland Call to Order Pledge Minutes: Approve October Meeting Minutes Public Comments: This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions or issues that are not on the agenda. Please state your name and place of residence Please limit your comments to three minutes State Law prohibits the Commission from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. Action Agenda: 1. Lucy and Carl Sherman have changed the brand and size of their modular home and need zoning approval for it. 2. Dylan Horrocks wants to build a garage behind his house and needs zoning approval for a building permit. Work Meeting: 3. Discussion/develop/approve/deny development of ordinance for individual motel units, cabins, and recreational vehicle courts. 4. Adjourn Meeting. The next regular Planning Commission Meeting will be held on December 3, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting are invited to notify the Cleveland Town Office 130 W.
