Martain Don Despain Barbara Cameron NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING BIG COTTONWOOD CANYON IMPROVEMENT DISTICT PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Big Cottonwood Canyon Improvement District will hold a Regular Meeting on Thursday, November 6th, 2025 , beginning at 6:00 p.m., in the District Office at 11202 E. Mountain Sun Lane, (Basement Level), Brighton, Utah. The proposed agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve Minutes of the Q2 Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees held August 16th, 2025. 2. Review Q3 2025 Financial Statements. 3. Rocky Mountain Power Line Project Mitigation/ Update. 4. Operations Status Overview going into Winter '25/'26. 5. Anticipated Processing Cost Increase. 6. Proposed Budget 2026. 7. Employee Compensation Review. 8. Board Member Training Requirements Review. 9. Future Property Development Discussion. 10. Mike Knarris backflow prevention strategies: Discussion 10. Other Business. 11.
