Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - FEE INCREASE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of Directors of the Emery Water Conservancy District that a Public Hearing will be held at the District Office, located at 20 South 100 East, in Castle Dale, Utah, on Monday, December 8, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding a three percent (3%) increase in Project Water Assessments to address rising operational costs.
