- ORANGEVILLE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMMISSION REGULAR MEETING Thursday, November 6,2025 7:00 P.M. PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN. The Planning and Zoning Commission of Orangevillle City, Utah will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on November 4, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth. AGENDA Items to discuss, approve or deny: 1. OPEN MEETING 2. Pledge of allegiance 3. Approval of Minutes 4. Opening Statement- Seth Manning and Doug Stilson 5. Approve Deny Short- Term Rentals and RV Parks-Moratorium 6. Discuss Short Term Rentals: Distance Between. 7. Discuss Beautification Codes 8. Discuss Weeds and Trash Codes 9. Assign term limits for P&Z committee members per code book 10. Zoning administrator report - Seth Manning 11.
