High Valley Transit District
2025 Amended Budget and 2026 Budget
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 17-36-12, Utah Code, notice is hereby given that the
High Valley Transit District will hold a public hearing for the purpose of amending a budget
for the calendar year 2025 and adopting a budget for the calendar year 2026. The public
hearing will be held electronically, via Zoom, and at the anchor location of High Valley
Transit Administrative Of f ices, 1570 Sego Lily Way, Park City, Utah 84098, during the High
Valley Transit District Board of Trustees' meeting on Thursday, December 4, at 2 PM.

Copies of the proposed budget are on f ile in the High Valley Transit Administrative Of f ice. Any
and all persons are invited to participate in said hearings.
Public comment may also be submitted until 12 PM on Monday, December 1, 2025, via
email to crodriguez@hvtutah.gov.
