Adding $175 to special Service Administration cost to 2026 budget. - Close Open Public Hearing Meeting - Open Administrative Board Meeting. - Agenda: Resolution for adding our neighbors to the west. Investigate insulation for garage. Pay Big Water for Fire Protection $15,000. We need to order 100 locks for meters using the same key for all. By law: homeowners are responsible for any damage to CWSSD meters. 10' lines will be required for Navajo Hills to produce appropriate flow pressure. 8' pipelines will be required anywhere else in Church Wells. Troy will back up Josh as far as generator. - Clerks report and minutes: Total Operating Income Used Prior ytd: $49,231.08 Current ytd: $39,465.83 Annual budget: $79,000.
