Description/Agenda: Public Notice Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 6:30 PM in the Kanab City Council Chambers located in the Kanab City Complex at 26 N. 100 E. Kanab Utah; the Kanab Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for a change to a preliminary plat of Parcel K-312-3 [Wave Subdivision]; located in the approximate area 950 South 10 West in Kanab, UT. The change to the preliminary plat will add two lots and adjusting the easement for storm drainage. At the time and place set forth above, all interested persons may appear and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
