West Warren-Warren Water Improvement District November 4, 2025, Board Meeting Agenda - Motion to open the meeting - Read and approve minutes from October 7, 2025 - Approve 3rd QTR financial report - Approve 2026 tentative budget - Review proposed amendments to 2025 budget - Approve moving board meetings to Wednesdays starting in 2026. - Austin Evans attending to discuss possible 37 homes development on south side of 7100 W. Formally Lynn Steven's property. - Dallin Curriden attending to discuss and request water availability letters for additional lots on 5900 W. - Discussion and approval of water availability letter for West Creek development by Lync Construction. - Discussion on Madsen's contract: Waiving connection fees, items for a pioneering agreement, annexation process. - Discussion on increased fees from work session and feasibility study, were the fees and figures corrected? - Discussion on secondary water - Schedule a work session if necessary - New Business: o UASD Conference Wednesday Nov 5th: Steve, Bill, Ron, Randy o Online Open and Public Meetings Training: Mike Tracy, Melissa - Approval of Checks and Bills, billing adjustments, delinquent accounts, financial officer to review purchase card statements. - Motion to adjourn the meeting
