Main St., Ivins, UT, on Thursday, November 6, 2025. The meeting will begin at 5:30 P.M. NOTICE: This meeting will be held in person. Discuss and consider approval of Ordinance No. 2025-21, an Ordinance of Ivins City, Utah, amending section 2.07.101 of the Ivins City Code to allow one employee of Ivins City to be a member of the Arts Commission B. Discuss and consider approval of award of Construction Contract for Snow Canyon Parkway & Hamblin Parkway Roundabout C. Continued discussion regarding the current proposal for the SITLA 40 property consisting of 3000 square foot lots D. Discussion regarding potential changes to Ivins Land Use and Development Ordinances E. Discussion regarding the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center also known as the SHAC F. Discuss and consider approval of expenditure to purchase Verkada security system G. Discussion regarding midterm vacancies in municipal offices H. Discussion to consider adjustments to the City Council and Planning Commission meetings to improve staff participation I.
